- Ingredients
- Tortillas (corn or flour)
- Beans of choice (I used pinto beans)
- Cheese of choice (I used Colby Jack Cheese)
- Lettuce
- Salsa of choice (I used chunky salsa)
- Preparation (Cooking)
- Bake tortillas in oven till crispy
- Cook beans in pressure cooker till soft
- Chop lettuce and shred cheese
- Preparation (Eating)
- Break tortillas into pieces until plate is covered
- Add beans then cheese and let cheese melt (or melt faster in toaster oven)
- Add lettuce and salsa
